Dow has been a customer of ONESOURCE Indirect Tax since 2011, and in October 2012 our implementation team of experts took them live for the first time. Congratulations to the team! Nestle has been a Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE customer since 2006 and uses ONESOURCE Property Tax to process returns and check requests. Nestle has a diverse portfolio of more than 40 manufacturing facilities, distribution centers and office buildings, plus vending equipment. Now that requires a robust system. THE STORY BEHIND THE STORY: KINESIS AWARDS Every quarter during our Town Hall Meeting, Gary Allen reads the names of our colleagues who have received a Kinesis Award during the previous quarter. Have you ever wondered what the recipient did to earn recognition from a peer or customer? Read on to learn more about just a few of our Kinesis Award recipients!
LORI HOLLENBACH is a billing specialist in accounting and finance and
works in the Lake Oswego, Oregon office. Lori was recently nominated for a Kinesis Award by Jeff Martin, of SVP, PNC Financial Services Group. Jeff recognized Lori for her outstanding customer service and calls her his "goto person" for all things related to gathering billing data for PNC's tax account. To quote Jeff, "She is detail oriented, provides timely and accurate response, and works across product groups to help us resolve items. On each occasion she is positive and treats me well as a customer, even when I'm raising questions/issues." JASON ROGERS is the manager of customer support in our Scottsdale, Arizona office and was recognized for his "world class service" by Damion Freestone at Sentry Financial Corporation. Damion praised Jason's anticipation of his additional questions, exemplary followthrough on support and documentation needs, and his ability to provide complete answers to his questions. Damion writes, "My call with him today was the first time I felt like I wouldn't need to call back with a followup question, and I felt confident I would be able to finish the task at hand." RAMAKRISHNA PENDLI & VENKAT RAVINDER MANTRALA are software engineers in Hyderabad working for our Property Tax group. Bill Ibbetson nominated them for their work on removing over 300 security flaws identified in our ONESOURCE Property Tax application, bringing it into compliance with the TRTA 2012 compliance initiative. Bill's comment of "outstanding service" garnered Kinesis Awards for both employees. ROXANNE TJADEN is the manager of Customer Success in our San Ramon, California office and she was nominated by Rich Alessi for a number of instances that exemplify the spirit of the award, including resolving complex billing issues with our customer, Venda, identifying and resolving system issues within TRTA, SFDC and SAP admin/ops and her creativity in finding solutions to numerous customer issues. Her approach makes our customers happy and brings more business to Indirect Tax," says Rich.
