Four types of biogas projects in China, financed by different sources

1. About 40 million of household digesters in rural area (10-20 m3 of biogas per day) 2. About 5000 biogas projects for intensive livestock farms to treat manure and waste water (50 – 1000 m3 biogas per day) 3. Methane recovery from coal mines, landfill or waste water treatment plants 4. Industrialized biogas plants (over 5000 m3 biogas per day)

Case study I – 山东民和牧业 3 MW 热电肥联产沼气工程(2008)

鸡粪量:500 t/d, TS 20%,集中处理23个养鸡场 的粪污 工程规模:3,200 m3厌氧罐×8座 沼气产量:1,000万m3/年(30000m3/天) 发电量:2,000万kW∙h/年(60000kW · h/天) 年减排温室气体:69,000 tCO2当量 该项目与世界银行CDM交易成功,已并网发电, 是国内最大的沼气发电工程,也是首家获得批准 温室气体减排碳交易成功项目

Case study II – 北京德青源健康养殖生态园 2 MW沼气发电工程(2007)

鸡粪量: 260万只蛋鸡,212 t鸡粪/d,TS 30% 工程规模:3,000 m3厌氧罐×4座 沼气产量:700万m3/年(20000m3/天) 发电量:1,400万kW·h/年(40000kW · h/天) 年减排温室气体:80,000 t CO2当量 为张山营镇新农村500户农民提供民用燃气, 为周边40000亩果园和饲料地提供优质有机 肥,现该项目已并网发电

Case study III –广西武鸣安宁淀粉厂日产1.2万m³生物燃气工程(2011) 由武鸣安宁淀粉有限责任公司与中 国农业大学生物质工程中心合作的 沼气纯化制备生物甲烷产业化项 目,使用天然气行业专用的高压 CNG槽车,将安宁厂的生物甲烷运 至新奥燃气公司在南宁市的车用天 然气加气站。 沼气产量:20000m3 提纯后生物甲烷产量:12000 m3
