Universal Studios Florida (Orlando) 6000 Universal Blvd. Orlando, FL 32819, 407.363.8000 Cost $65/student. Cost includes: Transportation, park admission, and a snack on the way home - but does not include meals. Please plan to send your students having already eaten lunch, and also with money to eat dinner in the park. We won’t be leaving the park during the event to go eat, please plan to have your student fed or loaded with snacks (for the bus ride). Please note that unfortunately the park does not allow outside food other than water bottles. Medicine If your student needs to take medication during the trip, the medicine and a schedule for taking the medication should be turned in to their adult leader on the day of departure. No over the counter medications may be given to students by youth staff or volunteers. Emergency Information To contact your student(s) in case of a family emergency, please call a youth staff member at (321) 604-1461 or (321) 848-2715 or. That person will take the appropriate actions to make sure your student is contacted and returned home if necessary. Transportation/ Picking-up Youth We will provide transportation to and from the event; however, parents are responsible for bringing their student to the CCM Youth Center by 12:45pm on September 12th to meet for departure. We will arrive back at the Youth Center around 2am that evening [technically September 13th], at which time your student may be picked up. Parents will be contacted via cell phone with a close estimated time of arrival.

Wear casual clothes (current weather forecast for that day 90/73) A water bottle! We don’t want any dehydrated students (or leaders) Spending money (snacks, band merchandise and miscellaneous.... $10 to $50) PLENTY of snacks (to share? ) One small backpack to carry all personal items (No luggage or duffel bags will be accepted.) o Leaders will not carry these for the students, so please plan wisely Any necessary medications Camera/phone

Clothing that is too tight, too short, too transparent, or too revealing (keep it classy ladies and gents) Tobacco, alcohol, drugs, weapons, and fireworks Anything that you wouldn’t feel comfortable taking to/using in front of your Grandma.
