CC Hi Coach, This is a letter of invitation to you and your team to be a part of the 1st Annual McCurtain County CC Invitational on Monday, October 10, 2016, at Idabel Country Club. It is hosted by both Haworth Cross Country & Idabel Cross Country teams. We have put great thought and effort into bringing you a quality, fun course, as well as an organized & efficient meet. We hope you can join us! ENTRY FEE:
$50 per high school team ($100 for boys and girls) $40 per middle school/junior high team ($80 for boys and girls) $10 for individuals (if less than 5 runners for team) ***Maximum Entry Fee for all divisions $180 Make check payable to Haworth Cross Country. ***4:00PM Coaches Meeting 4:20PM Middle School Girls (6th, 7th, 8th - 1.5 Mile) 4:40PM Middle School Boys (6th, 7th, 8th - 2 Miles) 5:05PM High School Varsity Girls/JV Girls (9th, 10th, 11th, 12th - 2 Miles) 5:35PM High School Varsity Boys/JV Boys (9th, 10th, 11th, 12th - 3.1 Miles)
AWARDS:
Medals to the top 20 finishers in each race. Team Champion plaques will be awarded to the first place teams in each HS & MS race.
CONCESSION: There will be a concession stand available (hot off the grill burgers & hotdogs, chips, meal replacement bars, bananas, sweets, Gatorade, water, etc.) ENTRY:
ENTRIES DUE Friday, OCTOBER 7. All entries must be completed using the updated site Run Enduro USA (https://www.runendurousa.com) – formally known as Enduro Entries. Complete steps 1-5. For athlete eligibility purposes, make sure Elementary, MS athletes, and HS athletes are entered separately with the appropriate ENDURO account. If you run into a problem or need more time, please let us know and we will accommodate you the best we can.
