INSIDE SALES AD Martin Insurance Group is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic inside sales team. You just need to bring your hunger for the sale and your strong work ethic! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

     

Make proactive outbound calls in an effort to quote and bind insurance products coverage for our partnering agents throughout the state. Aggressively work internet leads, direct mail, cross-sell, and referral lists by making proactive outbound calls and hitting desired activity ratios. Sales Representatives are expected to make 125+ outbound calls per day. Implement effective cross sell campaigns and follow procedures to round out client accounts. Sell insurance through various prospect contact touch points such as telephone, email and/or internet. Prepare insurance quotes to prospects and use assumptive closing techniques to close sales. Persuasive negotiation skills and highly effective listening and communications skills. Facilitate a sales culture to maximize retention, customer satisfaction, and up-sell and cross sell opportunities with each customer interaction. Maintain product knowledge for lines of business written through the Agent distribution channel.

Education and Experience:    

Must obtain a NJ Insurance producer license within first 3 weeks of employment date. (You will receive fully paid training and we will sponsor you for your insurance license). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Spanish-language fluency a plus.

Additional Information: 

Sales Representative’s earn a competitive base salary and have the potential to earn a monthly bonus based upon sales production.
