Specifications The Merco Insta-Therm is designed for high volume foodservice operations where value, efficiency and space are top of mind. The Merco Insta-Therm is the ideal countertop solution for adding finishing touches to entrees and appetizers. The Insta-Therm is perfect for heating, melting, finishing, warming and re-heating a variety of menu items. The menu applications are endless with the Insta-Therm from Merco. Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Construction: Sturdy, sanitary and built for many years of reliable and dependable service.
Indicator Lights: Element “on” indicator lights located on both the cook and server sides of the unit illuminate when unit is activated. Small Footprint: Space-saving countertop design allows unit to fit into operations without taking up valuable kitchen space. Electrical Requirements: Two electrical configurations are available. 208 Volt, 60 Hz models are standard with 6’ cord and NEMA 5-20P plug. 230 Volt, 50 Hz models are standard with 6’ cord and CEE7/7 plug.
Large Product Openings: 4” or 5¼” product openings on both sides. Back is removable to allow for easy access to pass-through applications. 50% Power Stand-By Mode: Contact actuated units provide energy efficient operation including an optional 50% power stand-by mode which reduces heating time. Quartz Heating Elements: High performance quartz elements provide superior heating and reliability over traditional heating elements.
