1. Verify power is turned off
Wireway Cover Fixture Lens
2. Remove fixture lens as shown in FIGURE 1 3. Remove fluorescent tubes from fixture as shown in FIGURE 2

3ft-4ft Fixtures
For 3ft-4ft Fixtures: Drill 3/16” hole in front of gear tray directly between lampholders as shown in FIGURE 4. Ensure hole is free of burrs. For 5ft-8ft Fixtures: Drill two 3/16” holes in front of gear tray spaced evenly between lampholders as shown in FIGURE 5. Ensure hole is free of burrs. Insert Anchor-Mount Tie Straps into hole .

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Recessed Luminaire Install LED Drivers (cont’d) ENSURE THAT AC INPUT WIRE IS RELIABLY SEPARATED (MINIMUM ¼” SEPARATION) FROM THE DC OUTPUT WIRE. THIS CAN BE DONE BY RUNNING ALL OF THE AC INPUT WIRING ON ONE SIDE OF THE LED DRIVERS AND ALL OF THE DC OUTPUT WIRING ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE LED DRIVERS AND USING PROVIDED WIRE CLIPS TO SECURE WIRES TO FIXTURE. ENSURE THAT ALL CLIPS ARE FASTENED WITHIN THE BALLAST COVER REGION. Wire clips reliably separate AC Input Wire from DC Output Wire

INSTALL LED DRIVERS 1. Remove protective film from back side of drivers and attach to back of gear tray as shown in FIGURE 3 2. Use screws provided to secure drivers to back of gear tray 3. Connect LED Drivers to incoming power as shown in FIGURE 3. ENSURE THAT AC INPUT WIRING IS RELIABLY SEPARATED FROM DC OUTPUT WIRE BY A MINIMUM OF ¼”. THIS CAN BE DONE BY POSITIONING ALL OF THE AC INPUT WIRING ON ONE SIDE AND ALL OF THE DC OUTPUT WIRING ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE. 4. Drill 2 1” Holes Through Gear Tray as shown in FIGURE 3 5. Install Grommets in Holes 6. Route LED Output wires through holes 7. Re-Install Gear Tray
