Setting up One Cash Drawer 1. On the bottom of your Cash Drawer, you will find keys. (Tips: Tape the cash drawer keys to front). 2. Connect A cable to bottom of cash drawer.
3. Oppose end of the A cable will plug into a thermal printer. (Your printer controls whether or not your cash drawer opens. If your cash drawer does not open, check thermal printer paper).
Setting Up Dual Cash Drawers 1. On the bottom of your cash drawer, you will find keys. (Tips: Tape the cash drawer keys to front). 2. On the cash drawer bottom, connect B cable to cash drawer. (It looks like a phone jack). 3. Connect A cable to the bottom of your top cash drawer. 4. Connect A & B cables to Y cable. (It does not matter how you plug A & B cable into Y cable). 4. Plug Y cable into a thermal printer. (Your printer controls whether or not your cash drawer opens. If your cash drawer does not open, check thermal printer paper).
Cash Drawer Configuration 1. From an empty speed screen, touch “Options”, “Admin”, “System Settings” and “Station Setting” buttons. 2. Touch the down arrow next to cash drawer box. Select local printer. 3. Touch “Save” button. 4. Touch “Cash Drawer Settings” button. For One Cash Drawer
1. If you want to assign a drawer to a specific employee, you will touch the box next to “Assignments”. 2. If you want every employee to start with a specific amount of money in their drawer, touch the box next to “Must Initialize”. For Two Cash Drawers
1. For dual stack cash drawers, you will touch the box next to dual drawer and a check mark will appear. 2. If you want to assign a drawer to a specific employee, you will touch the box next to “Assignments”. Xenios LLC @ 2013
