1. Log into MedU courses. 7. Save the file as a CSV file and email it to [email protected]

2. Select “Reports”.

6. Open the downloaded CSV file and add a column titled ‘Institution’. Fill in your institution name for each student.

The Course Administrator (Clerkship Coordinator / Clerkship Director) should export & submit this list of students scheduled to take the exam

at least two weeks prior to the test date.

3. Pick the appropriate course and select “Students”. 4. Click “Manage Custom Lists of Users”.

If you have not yet created a list of students for the clerkship rotation that includes all individuals who will be taking the exam, then create this list now. (See “How to Create a Custom List of Users.”)

5. Click on the download icon to the right of the name of the list for this rotation.
