BID PACKAGE #01 Insulated Metal Panels VEROBLUE URBAN FARM Webster City, IA Addendum #1 Bid date: unchanged 1) Need to add bump out at each barn see attached drawing 1 2) provide cost for 1 hr Thermalsafe mineral wool panels as additional ceiling in boiler room mounted to angle to block wall at 10 feet high- sig 200 coating both sides- see drawing 2 3) Need to plan to leave two openings in each barn demising wall approx. 12x12 to bring tanks in and close up after tank –see drawing 3 4) Can 45” panel be used? a. yes but provide manufacturers letter stating they are equal in performance to the 42” in all applications on this project 5) Hanger rods materials question a. Please quote as base bid all rods zinc coated (no rust on ceiling) b. Can provide alternate for carbon rods prime painted except at plenum with assurance that no rust will appear on ceiling 6) Is plenum sealing as critical as fish grow areas a. Yes- plenum must be airtight
