Show Jumping 10am start with the Individual class of 105 will run prior to the 95cm, 80cm, 65cm. XC: - Jump Judge Briefing – 7:30/8:00 am, Start 9:00 pm Back Number Order. WRAPC policy: Combination Eligibility for Inter club Teams Events applies.
4. Combinations that have competed at Timberlands may not enter this competition. 5. Rider eligible to end of season they turn 25 years. Season 1 August to 31 July. 6. Four riders per Team. Maximum of 2 teams per level per Club. 7. Riders 25 and under are eligible. 8. If a Club cannot field a full team, their DC or Team Manager shall contact the Event Secretary, who will allocate any available draft riders, which includes any reserves. 9.No Club may draft more than 50% of the Team. 10. Scoring – the best 4 scores count in Dressage and best 3 for Overall. 11. Club uniform to be worn for all phases. Inter club teams event. Uniform must have long sleeves. b. No jackets for Dressage or Show Jumping. 12. All riders must complete a gear check before riding each phase. Failure to do so will result in elimination
of that rider. Gear Check station will be identifiable 13.Callers allowed for Intro and Pre-Training Dressage Phase NO callers for the Training Dressage phase 14. All riders will ride in teams for all 3 phases. 15. Managers must ensure that teams are ready and warming up ready to ride on time. 16.A copy of the Team Draw will be sent to the Team Manager no later than 4 days from the close of entries 17.It is your Team Managers responsibility to advise your riders of their Draw number. 18.Pro tests may only be made by the Team Manager, and should be in writing with a $30 deposit, which will be refunded if the protest is upheld. 19. All riders must be present and correctly attired and mounted for the prize giving. 20. PlaceGetter Rosettes sponsor the ‘TEAM SPIRIT’ award. Riders in teams may not enter as an individual competitor in the Helensville ODE event. Teams Champion & reserve Champion sashes will be awarded for overall individual placings Rosettes will not be awarded for Dressage.

NZPCA 65 - 80 - 95 - 105 This ODE is open to all ages and riders not in the Inter Club teams.
Entries close 8th April 2017 - Equestrian Entries Online Note: Riders competing in the WRAPC Inter Club Teams events can not enter the Helensville ODE classes as individuals. Riders entering District teams are entered by your Club if you are selected for a team this entry process is different to the Helensville ODE entry process.

Rules: Gear Check will apply all day for all riders at all levels. Riders who have had a concussion within a 4 week period before the event must not enter the competition with out a medical certificate of approval to ride. Failure to notify the event secretary of a concussion at time of entry will be deemed a breach of our Health and Safety and you will be disqualified without refund, by the organising committee should we be notified of a concussion. Stallions are to be notified at the time entry and all rules relating to stallions must be adhered to. Helensville Show Grounds has one stallion yard only. Back protectors and XC long sleeves and helmet tags must be worn. Refunds will not be provided for after the close of entries. Requests for refunds prior to the closing date will require a vet certificate and will only be refunded to the value of 50% of the total entry not including the EE entry fee of $3.50 which must be paid for by the entrant regardless. Horse Welfare and Rider Safety will be upheld as per the Code of Conduct and yellow cards will be given for all breeches applicable to either of these standards. Callers will be permitted for NZPCA 65 and 80 but not for any other classes. The secretary reserves the right to split classes. This event is running as an Individual Event. It is running along side the WRAPC Interclub Teams ODE. Riders entered in the team event do not qualify for the Individual competition and vice versa.
