We offer all kinds of practical job hunting help and tailored training programmes. We’ll also work with you to boost your confidence, self-esteem and presentation skills – the little things that can make a big difference in today’s job market. We can:
Enhance your CV using our knowledge of the work industry, making it more appealing to potential employers Load your CV onto our bespoke Job Search engine free of charge. The system automatically searches the UK's top sources of relevant jobs and includes vacancies from the National Apprenticeship Website. It then compiles them all into one easy to use place that you can access. The site matches all vacancies against your CV, ensuring all jobs shown are relevant to you. Source work experience and employment through external companies and organizations we deal with on a regular basis.

The EST Project also have a team of trained volunteer mentors who will support residents on a one to one basis, helping to develop their skills, signpost to work opportunities and support them to overcome barriers to employment and training.
