International Baccalaureate Workshop Registration Form You are registering for one (1) graduate credit. Cost is $220. Workshops are graded S for satisfactory & U for unsatisfactory. An assignment is required. For assignment details go to: http://www.kent.edu/ehhs/offices/pd/international-baccalaureate. Transcripts are available at the end of the term by calling 330-672-6000 or going online to: http://www.kent.edu/registrar/transcript-requests. There is no charge for transcripts. Do not submit this registration form, if you are not sure you need or want the credit. Once registered, participants are obligated to complete tuition payment & the required assignment. IMPORTANT: To withdraw from the IB graduate credit workshop contact us in writing at [email protected]. A full refund will be issued when dropping the workshop before to the first day of class. To withdraw after the workshops begins, the percentage of refund declines in conformance with university policy and depends upon the percent of contact time elapsed.

Non-Ohio Residents: The Non-Ohio Resident fee is waived if you are taking workshops only this semester. If you are taking classes in addition to workshops, the Non-Ohio Resident fee is required. If non-exempt, add $342 per credit hour to the total payment.
