WHAT YOU CAN WIN: Hotel accommodation for two people: 1000 Credits Hotel accommodation for two people and flight for one person: 3000 Credits Hotel accommodation and flights for two people: 4000 Credits

RULES AND REGULATIONS: 1. The promotion period is from (and inclusive of ) 1st January - 31st March 2017. 2. Credits are accumulated over the period of the promotion. 3. No cash equivalent can or will be offered under any circumstances. 4. Credits cannot be transferred to any other Distributorship. 5. To win “Top 10 PGPV” credits you must achieve a minimum of 2000 PGPV plus 100 PVQ. 6. The prize is non-transferable. 7. In the event that a Distributor accumulates enough credits to win either the hotel accommodation or flight but not enough (4000 credits) for both, it is their responsibility to arrange the part of the trip they haven’t won (either hotel or flight). However, the company will advise which flight and hotel other winners will be using. 8. The company will book both hotel accommodation and flights for all winners once they have confirmed they will be redeeming their credits and attending the International Conference. 9. Winning Distributors must confirm, in writing, to Reliv that they will be redeeming their credits no later than Friday 13th May 2017. Failure to confirm by that date will result in the prize being forfeited. 10. The flight dates are outward to O’Hare, Chicago, USA on the 26th July and homeward bound on the 30th July, 2017, economy class. 11. Accommodation in the Renaissance Schaumburg will be for the nights of the 26th July until check out on the morning of the 30th July, 2017. 12. Transfers to and from the airports must be arranged by the Distributor. 13. Accommodation is for two people sharing the same room. If in the event that a winning Distributor wishes to have separate rooms then the company will only pay for one room and it is the responsibility of the Distributor to pay the bill for the extra room. 14. It is the responsibility of the travelling Distributors to have a valid passport (which has to have up to six months for US travel) and appropriate travel insurance. Distributors must also have ensured they have correct travel visas issued before travelling. 15. In the case of 500 credits awarded for breaking a new frontline Master Affiliate, the new qualifying Master Affiliate has to have achieved no less than 5000 PGPV in their qualifying month. In other words, a frontline qualifying Master Affiliate who ‘piggybacks’ off a downline qualifying does not allow you to earn 500 credits. 16. Any new qualifying Master Affiliates that qualify over a two month period must be within the promotional period to gain credits. i.e. 3000 in January and February would earn you credits; however, 3000 in April and May would not. 17. In case of any dispute, the Managing Director’s decision is final.
