Intra-Fit Format 1. Intra-Fit takes place at the 404 Fitness Center typically on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, or as determined (or as registered). a. Separate sessions can be accommodated based upon the availability of the 404 Fitness Coordinator. 2. Participants are required to be on time for their Intra-Fit session. 3. A Leaderboard (inside of 404 Fitness and online at IM Leagues) will be determined on attendance, performance, and various improvements (see: scoring rubric below) on each workout of the week. a. There will be basic “challenges of the week” which will determine bonus points. 4. An overall champion at the end of the semester will be declared based on the leaderboard, along with a most improved participant. 5. All sportsmanship and courtesy protocols are required by each participant. Equipment 1. All participants are required to meet the guidelines and expectations of all athletic attire dictated in the NYU Intramurals Handbook (minimum of shorts, sweatpants, track pants, or yoga pants along with sneakers). a. Weightlifting shoes and knee/elbow sleeves are permitted. b. No straps, lifting gloves, chalk, weightlifting belts, or other accessories are permitted. 2. All participants are encouraged to not wear baggy or bulky clothing, jewelry, or other accessories that may hinder or be a risk during their participation. 3. All judges, intramural staff, or facility staff has the right to declare any equipment illegal for the program. Scoring Rubric General Scoring Tasks/Performances
