Horizons Regional Council – Manawatu River ANZAC Park Cliffs Realignment: Allan Cook, Horizons Regional Council This is a joint project between Horizons Regional Council, Palmerston North City Council and a private developer to realign the Manawatu River away from cliffs subject to river erosion.
