Irmo Little League, Inc. 2017 Tournament Team Letter of Intent (Manager) This 2017 Tournament Manager Letter of Intent for __________________________ is provided to Irmo Little League (ILL) of Irmo, South Carolina which operates under the rules adopted by its Board of Directors, South Carolina Little League District 3 and Little League International. This Letter of Intent should be considered an application to be considered as a Team Manager for an ILL 2017 Tournament Team; however, it does not guarantee the appointment as Team Manager to an ILL 2017 Tournament Team. Annually, ILL forms Tournament Teams to represent the league in the South Carolina District tournament, South Carolina State tournament, South Eastern Regional tournament and the Little League World Series tournament. Appointment as a Team Manager for an ILL 2017 Tournament Team is an honor that entails certain responsibilities, obligations and expectations from the Team Manager for as long as the tournament team is active in the 2017 Little League Tournament play. By signing and submitting this Letter of Intent, I clearly understand and agree to the following: 1. That I meet the criteria for Team Manager selection as set out by Little League International. 2. I am fully available to manage a team, if selected, by attending scheduled practices and games for as long as the 2017 Tournament Team remains active in sanctioned Little League tournament play at the District, State, Regional or World Series level. Any selected Team Manager may be removed and replaced if the Team Manager consistently misses practices and/or acts in a manner that is not appropriate as determined by the ILL Board of Directors. 3. This Letter of Intent does not guarantee that I will be selected to manage a 2017 Tournament Team. 4. Additional costs related to travel expenses may be incurred. Fund-raising will be done as needed to help offset the cost to the league and families.
