ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING The 68th Annual General Meeting of Bells Yew Green Cricket Club will be held at the Pavilion, Cricketer’s Close, Bells Yew Green on Monday 23rd October 2017 at 8.00.p.m. In accordance with the requirements of the Club Constitution, nominations for Officers and Committees must be submitted to the Club Secretary at least 21 days before the date of the Annual General Meeting. Therefore, nominations must be submitted to me by Monday 2nd October 2017. Any proposals for the agenda should also be submitted to me by 2nd October 2017. Any such proposals will then be added to the Agenda of the Annual General Meeting. If you have general enquiries relating to the way the club is run then please forward these to the Chairman Chris Fox at [email protected] Nominations and Proposals can only be made by fully paid up members, and a fully paid up member must also second nominations and proposals. A member being nominated for office or for committee must signify that they are prepared to serve in the office or on the committee that they are nominated for should they be elected. A nomination form is attached. Completed forms can be handed, emailed or posted to me at the address above.
