Open to all Norwalk Babe Ruth 13-14-15 Year old Baseball Players (Maximum of 15 players per time slot) Location I.S.T. Baseball Headquarters Advanced Hitting Program 13yr-Friday 5:30PM to 6:30PM December 9th, 16th, January 6th 13th, 20th , 27th 13yr-Friday 6:30PM to 7:30PM December 9th, 16th, January 6th 13th, 20th, 27th 13yr-Sunday 8AM to 9AM December 11th, 18th, January 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th 14/15yr- Sunday 9AM to 10AM December 11th, 18th , January 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th 14/15yr-Monday 7PM to 8PM December 12th, 19th , January 9th, 16th, 23rd , 30th
Cost: $150 includes six, 1hr advanced hitting sessions Program benefits: The goal of each program is to prepare players for the 2012 Spring season. I.S.T. Baseball Headquarters’ workouts will follow a professional format developing all aspects of each player’s skills. Players will be brought through various drills to improve their hitting technique. LEAD INSTRUCTOR: Mike Diaz- Drafted in 2008 by the Houston Astros.
