IT INDEXING TABLE HARDENING INSTALLATION
The indexing table installations have their main application field in the medium-small type parts heat-treatment in big series of manufacture. The indexing table utilization, allows to shorten the total cycles of the treatment on having avoided load and unload dead times and having made possible the accomplishment of multiple operations in parallel. The IT indexing table machines allow the 2, 4, 6 and 8 positions tables incorporation that in some cases can be doubles. Also several working stations could be used in the different table positions as, for example, the parts identification, hardening, the tempering, dry, etc. The IT equipments can be fitted with automatic load and unload devices that allow their insertion in any line of automatic manufacture.
