CITY OF SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO PROPOSED AMENDMENT(S) TO BILL NO. 2017-16 Storage in Residential Districts Mayor and Members of the City Council: I propose the following amendment(s) to Bill No. 2017-16: 1. On page I, line 12 after "VEHICLES" insert "AND TRAILERS" 2.
On page 2, delete lines 22-25 and insert the following new sections in lieu thereof: "(v) Storage of PODS® or similar style moving/shipping containers for more than thiliy (30) days; Storage or parking within any pmiion of a street yard other than a (vi) driveway of a noncommercial vehicle used for storage of goods, materials or equipment other than those items considered to be a part of the vehicle or essential for its immediate use; (vii) Use of any vehicle as a receptacle for the storage of litter or refuse as provide by Subsections 10-1.13 and 10-1.14 SFCC 1987;"
