ITL Big Weekend Itinerary August 23 – 24, 2014 www.itlcoaching.com Contact Information - Coach Adam: (404)263-3644 [email protected] - Coach Chris: (770)713-3694 [email protected] - Coach Megz: (678)294-1830 [email protected] Saturday August 23, 2014 – Group Bike/Run Brick w/ Transition Work and Aid Stations Where: Anheuser-Busch Brewery 100 Busch Drive Cartersville, GA 30120 6:45am – Transition Opens (Set-up/Warm-Up/Stretch/Bike Maintenance) 7:30am – Wheels-Down (Variety of Group Ride/Run Brick Options) *Cue Sheets provided 3:30pm – Transition Closes; Go rest or Go Eat w/ The Group Sunday August 24, 2014 – Open Water Swim w/ Kayak Support and Aid Station on Shore Where: The Cove @ Red Top Mountain 50 Lodge Rd SE, Cartersville, GA 30121 6:30am – Coaches arrive (w/ kayaks and nutrition) 6:50am – Swim routes and instructional time 7:00am – Swim waves start 8:00am – All done swimming (kayaks out of water) 8:00am – Go to group run or done for day Sunday August 24, 2014 – Group run w/ Support, Marked Routes and Aid Stations Where: Old Big Peach Brookhaven Parking Lot 3871 Peachtree Rd SE Atlanta, GA 30303 9:30am – Run Start (w/ Road Arrows/Cue Sheets/Aid Stations/Route Options) 11:30am –Runners Finish; Go Rest or Go Eat w/ The Group

TURN RIGHT, GO ACROSS THE BRIDGE, ENTER THE PARK GO 6/10TH MILE, TURN LEFT ON PARK MARINA RD. GO 7/10 MILE TURN RIGHT AT THE SIGN (PARK OFFICE COTTAGE CHECK IN) YOU WILL END UP IN A PARKING LOT, PARK ON THE FAR RIGHT GO TO THE OFFICE OR AT THE BOX AT THE BEGINNING OF LAKESIDE TRAIL TO BUY A PASS FOLLOW THE TRAIL TO THE BENCH AND ROCK Directions From The Cove to Old Big Peach Brookhaven Old Big Peach Brookhaven 3871 Peachtree Rd SE Atlanta, GA 30303 Get on I-75 S from Red Top Mountain Rd SE Continue on I-75 S.
