Estimated 3-year cost of ownership to operate the Cal Poly data center is nearly $7M. Amount does not include any reserves for refresh.

For the Chancellor’s Office Information Security Audit, Cal Poly provided thousands of pages of documentation, account access records and sample login data. Demonstrating compliance across large and diverse systems throughout the university involves massive amounts of data.

In December, ITS collected seven bags of warm clothes for Coats for Kids, and combined with the CSUEU Chapter Lunch to donate 65 toys in all sizes, shapes and colors for the Marine Corps Toys for Tots drive.

DocuSign is an eSignature program that lets users electronically send, sign and approve documents. More sustainable than paper forms, DocuSign is also a faster method for obtaining required signatures. During the early adoption phase, we continue to see a steady increase of campus users using DocuSign.
