IV HURRICANES REFUND POLICY 2017 Deposits are non-refundable unless a written request to cancel registration is received or postmarked within 72-hours from the registration date.
A REGISTRATION FEE REFUND WILL BE PRORATED AS FOLLOWS:
A full refund, Minus a $50.00 Administrative Fee* will be issued only if the participant withdraws prior to June 10th 2007
A refund between the dates of June 11th and July 23rd will be prorated minus the $50 Administrative Fee and any other items and/or equipment that was ordered for the said participant.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE FIRST DAY of PRACTICE July 24th. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY FUNDRAISING MONEY OR BUYOUTS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON CHEERLEADER UNIFORMS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNLESS ALL ISSUED GEAR IS RETURNED. Following the end of the conditioning period, request for refunds will only be considered for MEDICAL REASONS. A letter written by your physician and/or a signed PHYSICAL STATEMENT must accompany the refund Request Letter A signed written request for refund must be submitted for consideration. Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks of submission. Date of submission shall be determined as to the date received by the Treasurer. Purchase of football jersey individually sized and personalized with player's name, safety equipment. 5. Other additional Fees assessed by San Diego County Youth Football and Cheer Organization. 6. Fundraising monies not collected. 7. Academic Ineligibility.
