Commercial Space for 2017 for Horse SpecTACKular (a.k.a. Broome County 4-H Tack Sale)
We would like to invite you to participate in the Horse SpecTACKular event, set for Sunday, April 23rd, 2017 at the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County Offices, in conjunction with the Broome County Regional Farmer’s Market, 840 Upper Front Street, Binghamton, NY. The event is in support of the 4-H Horse Program in Broome County. Please consider renting commercial space as outlined below. Commercial space is available for: $25.00 for One Table $45.00 for 10x10 w/one table $75.00 for 10x20 w/two tables Additional tables, display racks, etc. are the responsibility of the vendor. Nothing may be nailed to the walls or the floor. Vendor areas will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. Your check, made payable to “4-H Horse Program,” is necessary to reserve your space. No space will be reserved until the fee is received. Please complete the attached Vendor Space Reservation and return it with your check. Vendors may begin setting up on Sunday at 9:00 a.m. Vendors will not be permitted to set up on the Saturday prior to the sale. Vendors will be asked to unload and then relocate their vehicles, behind Cracker Barrel, to ease parking at the event. Limited small trailers maybe allowed to stay by garage doors for ease of replenishing your merchandise. However, garage doors need to remain closed for security purposes. Also for security purposes, we ask all vendors to bag their sales and staple the bag, including the individual’s receipt, closed. All vendors must provide proof of liability insurance or sign and return the enclosed “Hold Harmless Agreement”. No vendors will be permitted to set up without complying with this requirement. All buildings and grounds of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County/Broome County Regional Farmer’s Market are smoke/drug/alcohol free. 3. Please keep all pets on leashes at all times. 4. Set up/Take down: Set up time will from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on the day of the sale. Take down time will be from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. 5. Any items that are not sold must not be left at facility. 6. Notice of Cancelation: If vendor desires to cancel this agreement, vendor shall notify organizer of its desire to do so 15 days prior to the event or there will not be a refund. $10 is kept by Broome County 4-H Horse Program, even if vendor cancels. 7. There will be a $20 charge on any and all returned checks.
