Step 1 — Unscrewing the Axle Bolt



Facing the wheelie bar as shown, place your left thumb on the bolt located on the left side of the Back Wheel and place the Allen wrench into the screw on the right side of the Back Wheel.



Using the wrench, slowly unscrew the bolt while applying constant pressure from the left side.

Step 2 — Removing the Bolt and Bearing



Remove the bolt from the right side and the bearing from the left.

Step 3 — Removing the Wheel 

Turn the JD Razor 2000 on its side as shown. Slowly remove the Back Wheel by pulling it out at a perpendicular angle to the scooter base.



Pull the wheelie bar away from the deck of the scooter.

Step 4 — Pulling Out the Wheelie Bar
