JEEP TJ 20” LED Grille Mount Thank you for choosing Rough Country for all your suspension needs. Please read instructions before beginning installation. Check the kit hardware against the kit contents shown below. Be sure you have all needed parts and know where they go.
KIT CONTENTS 20” LED LIGHT GRILLE MOUNT (2) 1/4” x 5/8” Bolts (4) 1/4” Flat Washers (4) 1/4” Nylock Nuts (4)
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Using a T15 bit, remove the headlight bezel screw and save for reuse. See Photo 1. 2. Remove the headlight bezel. See Photo 2.
TOOLS NEEDED T15 7/16” Wrench 5/32” Allen Ratchet 6” Extension 9/32 Drill Bit

3. Find a common point on both sides of the grille for measuring. We used the inside lip. Also, place tape on the opposite side of the grille to prevent scratching See Photo 3. 4. Using a 9/32” drill, drill the top mounting hole. You will be drilling at an angle. See Photo 4. PHOTO 3

5. Using the supplied 1/4” bolt and nut, install the light bracket in the top hole and mark the bottom hole for drilling. See Photo 5. 6. Remove the bracket. Using a 9/32” drill, drill the bottom mounting hole. See Photo 6. PHOTO 5
Attach bracket to use as a guide. 7. 8. 9. 10.

Repeat process for opposite side of grille. Install the light brackets using the supplied 1/4” x 5/8” bolts, nuts and washers. Tighten the brackets using a 7/16” wrench and 5/32” Allen. See Photo 7. Tighten light mounting bolts using the supplied Allen. See Photo 8. PHOTO 7

11. Wire light according to instructions included with the light. 12. Reinstall headlight bezels using a T15.

Repeat process for opposite side of grille. Install the light brackets using the supplied 1/4” x 5/8” bolts, nuts and washers. Tighten the brackets using a 7/16” wrench and 5/32” Allen. See Photo 7. Tighten light mounting bolts using the supplied Allen. See Photo 8. PHOTO 7
