MOTION FOR PRO HAC VICE ADMISSION PURSUANT TO LOCAL BANKRUPTCY RULE 2090-1(E)(2) Jerald R. Hess, (the “Movant”), a member in good standing of this Court and an attorney with the law firm of DLA Piper LLP (US), hereby moves this Court to enter an order, the proposed form of which is attached hereto, authorizing Jodie E. Buchman, an attorney with the law firm of DLA Piper LLP (US) as Of Counsel, 6225 Smith Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21209, to appear pro hac vice in this case for Atlantic Bonding Company, Inc., a party-in-interest to this case, pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 2090-1(E)(2).
