Cutting Fabric Quilt Center – cut (1) 32 ½” square Border #1 – cut (2) 3” x 32 ½” strips and cut (2) strips 3” x 37 ½ Border #2 – first cut (2) 4 ¼” x 37 ½” crosswise (WOF) and cut (2) 45”x 4 ¼” strips Lengthwise Border #3 – cut 44 – 5” squares from 9 assorted fruits & veggies fabrics Border #4 – cut (2) – 7” x 54” lengthwise strips and (2) – 7” x 67” lengthwise strip Binding – cut 8 – 2 ¼” strips

Piecing Instructions: (also refer to diagram for placement) Beginning with 32 ½” Quilt Center (peaches, tomatoes or strawberries depending on your kit) Add Border #1 – take 2 – 3” x 32.5” strips and add to sides of quilt center. Press seams towards border. Then take 2 – 3” x 37.5” strips and add to the top and bottom of quilt center. Press Add Border #2 – take 4.25 x 37.5” strips and add to sides of quilt. Then take the (2) 4.25” x 45” strips and add to the top and bottom of the quilt.

Add Border #3 – Sew together 2 sets of 10 assorted 5” squares - making 2 strips. Press seam allowances in one direction. Attach pieced strips to the sides of quilt. Press seam allowance towards pieced border. Sew together 2 sets of 12 assorted 5” squares, making sure that the two end pieces of each strip are different from ends of the pieced strip already attached to quilt.. Press seam allowances in one direction. Then attach these pieced strips to the top and bottom of quilt. Press seam allowances towards the pieced border. Add Border #4 – Attach the final borders to the quilt by sewing the (2) 7” x 54” strips to the sides, press seams allowances towards the border then add your (2) 7” x 67” to the top & bottom.

Quilt as desired, then add binding.
