Lock Haven University (Registration will be at Durrwachter Alumni Center; Race Start is on the Levee behind the Durrwachter Alumni Center)
I, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby waive all rights and claims for damages, injuries or losses that I may occur in this Event against, but not limited to, City of Lock Haven, Lock Haven University, race sponsors, event staff and volunteers. I declare that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for this event and assume responsibility for risks incurred therein. I also grant full release to all parties of this event to use my name and photograph for news coverage and publicity purposes.
Events: 5K Run, 5K Walk plus a Kids Fun Run Fees: $15.00 before October 7th; $20.00 on or after October 7th (Make Check Payable to Lock Haven University, c/o Mary Ellen Stern, 221 W. Main St, Lock Haven, PA 17745)
T-shirts: T-shirts are guaranteed to the first 100 registered.
Proceeds to Benefit Lock Haven University’s Men's & Women's Track & Field And Cross Country “All fundraising efforts are done in conjunction with the LHU Foundation.”
5K AWARDS 5K Run: Top Male and Female Overall 5K Walk: Top Three Male and Female Overall Age Groups (Run Only): 19 & Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 & Over
Kids Fun Run – (Begins after 5K ends) - Prizes Awarded To All Finishers. Other Details One Mile Split Water Available Finish-Line Refreshments
Come Enjoy a Beautiful Run along the Susquehanna River while supporting the LHU Men’s & Women’s XC and Track & Field Teams! It’s a New Name & New Date, but it’s the same 5k as the last 17 years!
