Bible Story: Jesus heals the paralytic (Mark 2:2-12)
Family Challenge Take time to visit and pray for someone who is sick or injured. Have the kids make get well cards. Put together a care package with cards, balloons, or flowers. It’s not important that you spend a lot of money. Just make it fun and encouraging. Visit the person and pray over him or her, asking for God to heal this person and to give him/her strength.

Dinnertime Discussion At dinnertime this week, ask one of these questions to get your family talking. 1. What’s you most memorable injury? 2. When has God healed one of your hurts? 3. Who can we pray for this week that is sick or injured? 4. Who can we pray for this week that is lonely or discouraged? Use these questions to help kids think about how they can pray for God’s healing for those have outside hurts (sickness or injury) and inside hurts (emotional or relational pain).
Special Note: Please send a photograph with your child next week. It should be a picture of some place he or she has visited. They will be talking about these pictures in their Huddle next week.
