WATER: Irrigation water is from the Hysham Hilift Canal at $17/acre. Several springs and 5 wells (all with electricity) supply the ranch with good stock water. One large well supplies a pipeline, storage tank, and three tanks, with options for expansion. Although Box Elder Creek has a small flow rate, it provides open stock water year long, and fills a large reservoir north of the headquarters.
