HS Sports Information
Winter Sports Registration through Family ID FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for sports. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple seasons. Please go to the athletic web-page for more information on registering your child.

You must register your child EACH season they wish to participate on a team. Physical and medication forms are due to HS nurses office by October 23rd Doctor at HS November 1st – if your child requires a physical and you would like to use the school’s physician, please call the HS nurses office for an appointment – 763-7205 ALPINE SKI – Open House at NSHS for winter sports: November 13th @ 7pm
Tryouts begin: November 6th It is the student’s responsibility to make certain he/she is cleared by the Health Office before tryouts begin.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NORTH SALEM ALPINE SKI: North Salem’s cut-off date for winter sports registration is NOVEMBER 4th. This date is strictly enforced by the North Salem School District and JJHS must adhere by their policies. Student-Athletes interested in Alpine Ski must also complete a North Salem Permission Form (posted on FamilyID).
Students must have a current physical on file. Students who carry inhalers, epipens or have any other special medical concerns must have updated medication forms completed by their physician on file in the health office. Printed forms from doctor’s offices that use electronic medical records are acceptable.
Students must be transported to and from all athletic contests by school authorized vehicles. Parents may transport their child home from away contests.
