Spec Sheet for Artwork All artwork is printed in full-color and must be submitted in a .PDF format with fonts embedded OR in .JPG format with a minimum resolution of 300 (any lower resolution results in blurry images). Any other format is not commercial press ready and is unacceptable. Our goal is to print a program, including your ad, at the highest quality possible. Publisher and PPT files cannot be accepted. If you are unable to email your artwork, please submit it or the photos you want included in your ad to the Front Office at Marshall HS. Do not fold or staple the artwork/photos. Please submit your artwork as you want it to appear in the program. We cannot enlarge or minimize your ad to fit the purchased ad size. Ad materials will not be returned.
