Joseph (Joe) A Brocklesby
Joseph (Joe) A Brocklesby Joe was raised on a small grain and livestock farm in North Central Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University with a major in Ag Education and a minor in Ag Economics. After working at a local cooperative as a grain merchandiser, he worked at Central Soya Co., Inc. as a grain merchant, facility manager, a group director of trading/risk management in grain and soybean processing, and in corporate/grain division business development and strategic planning. He joined CGB Enterprises, Inc. as the Director of Grain Origination where he focused on providing grain customers risk management solutions and strategies. Later, he was named Director of Personnel Development – Grain, responsible for the initial and continual training and development of salaried grain personnel in the grain merchandising, operations and overall management areas. A firm believer in personal career growth, he is passionate about equipping people with tools and skills that allow them to leverage their capabilities to the fullest in their career, business or personal interests. He knows that the utilization of key technical skills married with several soft skills can yield great rewards for many. He is a subject matter expert in several skills, some of which are listed below:

In the past he was a Director and Trade Rules Arbitrator in the National Grain and Feed Association, past Chair of the Indiana Agribusiness Association, and Chair-Elect in the Ohio AgroBusiness Association. He was a former member of Ohio LEAD Class #3. He is active in his local church, where he has served as Council President and Treasurer. A native of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, he currently lives near the New Orleans area with his wife, Cindy. He has three children; a son, Jason, and a daughter, Lauren, who both live in the New Orleans area, as well as a son, Ryan, who lives in Singapore.
