Journeyman Distillery 2017 Spring Artisan Market Rules & Regulations



Saturday, April 8th, 10:30am-7pm (EDT) & ● Sunday, April 9th, 10:30am-5pm (EDT)

Application and Payment due by: Friday, March 31st, 2017 COST PER SPACE: $100 (covers Saturday and Sunday) Journeyman Distillery Addendum Vendors must participate in both days of the event. Wi-fi is not guaranteed for vendors. Set up times:​ Friday, April 7th, 5-9pm upon request, Saturday, April 8th, 8-10:30am EDT (must be ready for business at 10:30am.) ● Clean up times:​ Sunday, April 9th, 5-7pm EDT All items must be removed at end of the Market, Sunday by 7PM EDT. ● Booth Information:​ Electricity access is limited on a first-come, first-serve basis to those who request. You must bring your own extension cords. ● Furniture/display:​ Vendors ​must​ provide their own tables, walls, and display. No nails/hardware will be allowed in walls/floors. Tables and chairs are the responsibility of each vendor. ● Food/beverage:​ ​No outside food or beverage may be brought in for public consumption.​ ​Vendors may bring their own snacks and lunch – must be discreet in consumption. Be respectful and please do not compete with the sale of Journeyman Distillery products. ● Parking:​ ​For unloading only, you may park at the front door of the distillery. We also have a loading dock on the west side of the building for larger items. Once setup is complete you must move your car to the grass lot behind the building. ● Sales:​ Vendors are responsible for handling their own transactions. Please bring your own change and means for methods of payment. Journeyman Distillery will not handle transactions and will not charge commission on sales. ● Takedown:​ ​Vendors are responsible for takedown and removal of all boxes, trash, etc. All items MUST​ be removed at end of the Market, Sunday. ​No Exceptions ●

Liability:​ Journeyman Distillery accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of merchandise. For 2-day show, vendors may remove their merchandise overnight, or pack it up and store under table, or simply cover it. Market will take place regardless of weather. Cancellations:​ Fees are non-refundable due to cancellations or no-shows. Types of Vendors Accepted:​ Our focus for our annual Artisan Markets is to feature artisans who create their own work. We will not be accepting applications for the resale of merchandise at the market.
