LOCATION These café premises are located at Jubilee Bathing Pool, a popular Grade II listed Art Deco bathing pool situated on the end of the Promenade in Penzance. The ingoing tenant will be responsible for the repair, maintenance and decoration of the property. The tenant must obtain the landlord’s written permission prior to making any structural or nonstructural alterations.
