REGISTRATION RULES: All checks received will be deposited immediately. Depositing of your check means your team has been accepted as a participant in the tournament. It guarantees your team will play a minimum of 3 games. Each team will be notified of the schedule by the Girls Tournament Director. As with all tournaments, the completion of games is weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather, teams must be prepared to play on short notice. Some teams may request, or be invited to play on Thursday night or Friday night. In the event that the tournament is cancelled and NO GAMES ARE PLAYED, then refunds will be issued. In the event your team registered for the tournament, and cancels it’s registration within 2 weeks of the tournament, there is a penalty of 25% of the tournament entry fee. Teams who cancel within 72 hours of the tournament will forfeit 100% of the entry fee. If you prefer to mail a hard copy of the registration form with your payment, you may print this form by clicking the “Print Blank Form” button and mail the completed form with payment noting “Girls Tournament”, team name and division on the check.
