Jumping conditions 1.
All classes run under ESNZ rules.
16.
A $5 non-refundable admin fee per horse applies.
2.
Riders, horses and ponies must have current registration for the duration of the show.
17.
Entries close Friday 29th September 2017. Please enter at www.equestrianentries.co.nz.
3.
Formal standard of dress is required.
4.
Classes 2, 3, 4 and 9 can compete using the Casual Jumping Levy of $20 per show. All riders must be full members of ESNZ.
18. Late entries will incur a 25% late fee and will be put on a wait list.
5.
Classes 6, 7, 8, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 are run under series conditions and are eligible for National Series Points.
6.
Class 6 will run on Friday night from approximately 6.30pm in the NRM & McMillan Indoor Arena.
7.
Classes 5 & 13 are limited to 55 starters and are two-round competitions, ART 238.2.2 (AM5). If less than 10 clear rounds ART 245 1 will be used with penalties from the first round carried to the jump off.
8.
Class 20 is limited to 80 starters and will run under ART 277 Table A with no jump off.
9.
Class 20 Horse and Rider combinations not to have jumped above 1.25m or 2* eventing in the current or preceding season.
10. Times are approximate, any major changes will be text to you on the number you have provided on Equestrian Entries. 11.
Maximum of three horses per rider per class.
12.
Wristband allocation: •
Entering 1x horse receives a total of 2x wristbands – for rider and a helper.
•
Entering 2x horses receives a total of 3x wristbands – for rider and 2x helpers.
•
Entering 3 or more horses receives a total of 4x wristbands – for rider and 3x helpers.
13.
Night show tickets and tickets to the Wade Equine Coaches Festival of Dressage must be purchased separately at www.equidays.co.nz.
14.
Equidays reserves the right to exchange cash for product to a maximum of 50%.
15.
A $5 ESNZ jumping levy is applicable to each horse entered.
19.
Scratchings – refund for all classes and other fees less 25%. Subject to proof of inability to compete. Subject to conditions and refund form being completed within 7 days of the event. Stable and yard fees will be fully refunded up until 9 October 2017.
20. All prize money will be paid via internet banking. 21.
Yards: $35 for the duration of the event.
22. Stables: $80 for the duration of the event. 23. Stables are limited. 24. All stallions must be stabled when not ridden. 25. Camping: Non-powered sites are $30. Powered sites are $80 for duration of the event. These prices are per site, not per person. 26. Equidays reserves the right to alter, delete or amend any class as it sees fit. 27. Mystery Creek Events Centre takes no responsibility for injury or loss to competitor, horse or gear. 28. No dogs allowed on Mystery Creek Events Centre property at any time.
