Field Trip Rules Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the published departure times. The bus will leave on time and will not be held. Socks and tennis shoes are required for all field trips. We strongly encourage campers to wear their Kid’s Club shirts on ALL field trips. Additional shirts may be purchased at the time of registration. OUTDOOR trips may be cancelled due to inclement weather. In those events we will remain on site. The event will not be rescheduled. Return times may change due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. ALL students must ride the bus to and from events. A careful head count is completed before leaving and returning. NOTICE: Field trips are a privilege. Poor behavior or refusal to abide by KC rules may result in a student’s removal from future trips. NO REFUND is made for such an event.
