June 23, 2016 I just returned from the Office of Finance in Anne Arundel County. I tried again unsuccessfully to record the lien of the Global Debt Facility on property in Anne Arundel County. This lien is already recorded by Maryland's Secretary of State. Helen Shomberg, Assistant Controller of the Office of Finance in Anne Arundel County, illegally refused to issue a receipt for the recording tax which I duly paid to Anne Arundel County so that I could record the lien. Ms. Shomberg refused to do this simple ministerial act required by her office. Ms. Shomberg is serving the Network of Global Corporate Control identified by Vitali, Glattfelder, and Battiston of ETH Zurich http://arxiv.org/PS_cache/arxiv/pdf/1107/1107.5728v2.pdf and not the people in Anne Arundel County, the rest of the United States, or the rest of the world. I told Ms. Shomberg that the United States was in interregnum and that Cathy Lanier prevented me illegally from returning to my office at the World Bank as Acting General Counsel and Overseer Mandate Trustee of the Global Debt Facility containing the world's monetary gold reserves. I informed Ms. Shomberg that all of the Secretaries of State of the 50 states are aware of the liens on the unconstitutional Federal Reserve. I informed Ms. Shomberg that the Federal Reserve refused to return Germany's gold to Germany because the Federal Reserve does not have any monetary gold reserves. That is because the Global Debt Facility has these gold reserves.
