Are you looking for a different summer camp experience? Columbia International University is hosting an Elite Prospect Camp that exposes athletes to college-level training from a Christian perspective. We are combining college-level training with Christian development as we challenge 9th-12th graders and incoming freshman and transfers, spiritually and physically to the next level. Come join us at the CIU Women’s Soccer ID Camp!

COACH KARA FARNSWORTH CIU’s first-ever women’s head soccer coach, Kara Farnsworth, is entering her third season with the Rams. In the Rams first season, the team received an at-large bid to the NCCAA Div. I National Tournament and last year the Rams made it to the NCCAA South Region Championship game. Prior to CIU, Farnsworth served as assistant coach at Colorado Christian University. In her four years as a player at Roberts Wesleyan, Farnsworth racked up numerous honors. She also played two summers with the Chicago Eagles, a division of Missionary Athletes International (MAI).

Camp Features • Elite level training from college coaches including Columbia International University Head Coach, Kara Farnsworth • Devotionals and testimonies from current CIU staff and Women’s Soccer student-athletes • Experience the CIU Women’s Soccer Ministry • Sports ministry concepts to bring back to your soccer team • Educational sessions on recruiting, mental coaching, and student-athlete preparation • On-campus meals and housing • Separate and combined training sessions for field players and goalkeepers • Opportunity to tour campus and meet with admissions staff
what to bring Soccer cleats, shin guards, water bottle, sunscreen, indoor soccer shoes (or sneakers), towel, linens/sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries.
team camp Teams are encouraged to attend. Teams bringing eight or more players to full-day camp will receive a $50 discount off the registration fee.
