Junior All-American Football of Southern California CHAPTER VOTING RIGHTS According to Article VI, Section 5, Each Chapter shall have one (1) vote on the Executive Council for each four (4) teams fielded and one (1) additional vote for seven (7) or more teams. The Chapter President shall submit to the Board of Directors five names, including the name of the Chapter Commissioner, which shall allow them the right to vote in the absence of the Chapter President. The names shall be submitted in the numerical order of voting preference, with first preference in the Chapter Commissioner. The list of names will be submitted at the Conference meeting after the election of the Conference President and the nominations and approval of the Board of Directors. #1-
