Applications must be completed correctly and all requested materials must be timely submitted. The deadlines are as follows: February 1, May 1, September 1, and December 1. Incomplete applications will be returned. Applications will be limited to one grant per year unless exceptional circumstances warrant additional consideration. If applicant is not a US citizen, documentation of alien status must be submitted. Grants will be awarded after approved by the Southwest Tennis Foundation Grant Committee. Visit our website at www.southwest.usta.com to access application. Applicant must give 2 hours of volunteer service to their local Districts per $50 received. Applicants are encouraged to seek assistance from their community and Districts before applying for Southwest Tennis Foundation grants.
Request for Junior Grant Funding Guidelines •
One-half of the approved grant will be forwarded upon approval by the Southwest Tennis Foundation Grant Committee.

The balance of the grant will be sent when the Southwest Tennis Foundation Grant Committee receives a report, vouchers, and receipts showing how the grant money was used.

Individual grant recipients must provide a final report by a specified date showing how the grant helped achieve the recipient’s goals
