5. Participation: Participation in the competition is open for the athletes having valid FIE licenses for 2010-2011 season in accordance with the quotas of F.I.E. 6. Formula: One qualifying round of pools, a direct elimination table to qualify for a final by direct elimination 7. Entries: The entry of the names of the fencers and all possible replacements must be made via the FIE website 7 days before the competition at the latest (see of item 54 F.I.E rules) 8.
