Kaitlyn Lawrence Food Hub Program Coordinator Goals: Some of my goals include living- off grid, growing my own produce from raised beds, and traveling to a new place at least once a year. Interest in Local Foods: I am passionate about continuing to develop connections and relationships between local farmers and consumers in the North Country and decreasing agricultural illiteracy among our community and beyond. Background: I graduated from Green Mountain College in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems. I worked for a year previously on a LFPP USDA grant, and developed a North Country Local Meats CSA as well as organized a Northeast Livestock Conference that took place November 2016 at the Ramada Inn, in Watertown NY.
