Selection of scholarship recipients is by the discretion of Franklin County Friends of K-State scholarship committee. Considerations include, but are not limited to, academic achievement, extra-curricular activities, financial need, education goals, and completeness of the scholarship application . To facilitate application completion, the application is being provided in electronic form. Please keep the application to 4 pages plus transcript and reference letters.
