GETTING STARTED
• To download the KDHSA app, search “KDHSA” or “Kenner Discovery Apptegy”. • The app is free to download and compatible with Apple and Android devices.
NOTIFICATIONS
From the home page, select the icon in the left corner to open the menu page. Select settings, make sure you have “turn on notifications” turned ON. Select one or more schools to receive notifications from either Rivertown campus, Lower School (PK-4), Middle School (5-8), and/or High School. Select save.
FILTERS Filters can be utilized in events, live feed and news to sort by school. You may select Rivertown Campus, Lower School, Middle School or High School to see school specific events. Just go to the drop down menu to select a specific school. LIVE FEED The live feed will consists of brief messages in chronological order. This will be updated frequently as needed. EVENTS The events section will include every KDHSA sponsored events, early dismissal days, school holidays, records days, ect. You can add any event directly to your phone or desktop calendar with the touch of a button. NEWS The news section will feature different stories from around our school community. This will be updated a few times each month. DOCUMENTS The documents section will contain important PDF’s such as before/after care, one page calendar, carpool letter, printable menus, ect. On the old website it was on the parents – announcements and downloads page. FACEBOOK The KDHSA group on Facebook will remain available for parents to share photos and school related information, however, the school will no longer be creating events or pushing emails to the Facebook page. Please utilize our new user friendly website, mobile app and email to stay up to date with KDHSA.
