This is a bonus incentive program to Enroll for Rewards designed to reward hotel front desk employees and Loyalty Champions to enroll new members in IHG® Rewards Club and capture valid email addresses. The program will run May 1 – August 31, 2016.

If a hotel meets their Share Forever goals each month May - August, four additional entries will be given, increasing the chances of winning! (total of eight entries). • A drawing will be held at the end of the promotion in which four hotels will win one million IHG® Rewards Club points each.

What are our hotel’s monthly Share Forever goals? • Share Forever goals were communicated via email on May 1 from IHG® Rewards Club to the General Manager and Loyalty Champion of your hotel (emails were sent to the GM and Loyalty Champion email address on file). Your hotel’s monthly goals can be found within this email.

6. How are the prizes awarded each month and to whom? • IHG® Rewards Club will pay out the points to the hotel in one lump amount via Source. It will be posted the same day as the EFR points are posted, the posting code will be AMER Bonus. • The points will remain in the hotel’s balance account on Source until the hotel GM or Champion distributes them in the hotel team account or in team members’ individual IHG® Rewards Club accounts. • Hotels have the option to pool the points and redeem for a team award or determine how they will be distributed among the team each month.

• The Source Distribute Rewards page shows a breakout of employees that made a Qualified Enrollment (QE) with valid email that month. Points can only be distributed to employees who made a Qualified Enrollment (QE) with valid email. • We suggest that all employees use their own Enrolling Employee ID number to ensure they are on the monthly files. • If your hotel wants to reward non-enrolling team members, it is recommended to use points towards gift cards or other items in the employee catalog. You can also save points for a team reward.

What does our hotel need to do to get started? • Review the program Terms & Conditions included in the email sent to the General Manager and Loyalty Champion on May 1, 2016. • Share all messages and materials about the program with your Loyalty Champion and front desk team members. • Visit Source, an internal site that houses helpful information, flyers and resources. • Confirm that your Loyalty Champion and front desk team know what is required for an enrollment to qualify and email to be considered valid. 9. 2016 AMER Share Forever Enroll for Rewards Overlay Terms & Conditions: All InterContinental®, Crowne Plaza®, Hotel Indigo®, EVEN®, Holiday Inn®, Holiday Inn Express®, Holiday Inn® Resorts, Staybridge Suites®, and Candlewood Suites® hotels located in the Americas Region that are participating in the 2016 IHG® Rewards Club Enroll for Rewards Enrollment Incentive are eligible to participate in the Share Forever Rewards Incentive Program (the "Incentive"). The Incentive starts at midnight EST on 5/1/2016 and ends at midnight EST on 8/31/2016. Hotels can earn 5,000 IHG® Rewards Club bonus points in May, June, July and August by meeting their Incentive monthly goals. Each hotel will receive a Qualified Enrollment (QE) with a valid email goal (“Goal”) for May, June, July and August. The hotel must meet the Goal each month in order to earn the 5,000 bonus points with a cap of 20,000 bonus points. Incentive bonus points are awarded in addition to the hotels Enroll for Rewards (500 bonus points per QE with valid email). Hotels will receive their Incentive monthly goals via email by May 1, 2016. When the hotel reaches the Incentive monthly goal, as described above, the hotel will receive 5,000 Incentive bonus points and these bonus points will be deposited into the hotel’s account by the end of the following month. Example - all hotels qualifying for 5,000 bonus points in May will receive their Incentive bonus points by June 30, 2016 in their hotels account on IHG® Rewards Club Source. Incentive bonus points will be displayed on Source as ‘AMER Bonus’ points In addition, one entry will be given for a chance to win one-million IHG® Rewards Club points each month the Goal is met. If a hotel meets their Goal each month May - August, four additional entries will be given, increasing the chances of winning to a total of eight entries. A drawing will be held at the end of the promotion in which four hotels will win one-million IHG® Rewards Club points each. It is the responsibility of the hotel General Manager’s or the Loyalty Champion to ensure that the Incentive bonus points are distributed fairly and accurately amongst the front desk team participating in the Incentive or used as a team award. IHG® Rewards Club will investigate any claims of Incentives not being properly awarded to individuals or teams and, if found to be accurate, will take action against hotel management and staff who have not properly distributed awards up to and including terminating participation in the program. Only General Managers and Loyalty Champions assigned on Source have access to distribute Incentive bonus point awards. Once points have been deposited into an employees IHG® Rewards Club account, they cannot be transferred, unless in accordance with the IHG® Rewards Club Membership Terms and Conditions. If a hotel leaves the IHG system before the Incentive has been issued, the hotel will not be eligible for such Incentive payment. The participating hotel must be part of the IHG system at the time of fulfillment. In order to qualify for the Incentive bonus point award, all licensing and other fees pertaining to the hotel must be current and the hotel in good standing at the time of award fulfillment. Front Desk Employees must obtain guest permission prior to enrolling guest in IHG® Rewards Club and/or entering their email address into the system. Random enrollment audits are conducted by IHG® Rewards Club on a monthly basis. Should any Front Desk Employee be identified as not having obtained guest permission or having enrolled existing IHG® Rewards Club members or email addresses in the system, resulting in a duplicate membership or email address or having otherwise misrepresented enrollments or email addresses, the applicable Front Desk Employee and the applicable hotel will be immediately disqualified from the incentive program. IHG will also investigate enrollments at hotels when a guest complains of having been enrolled without their knowledge or permission and, if the guest complaint is verified, the applicable Front Desk Employee and the applicable Hotel will be disqualified from the Incentive program, the drawing and further action may be taken by IHG® Rewards Club. All federal, state, provincial, country, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of individual front desk employee. No substitution or transfer of awards by anyone is permitted. Individuals assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this incentive or use or redemption of the award. By participating in this Incentive and accepting the award, the award recipient agrees to hold all IHG® companies, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, and damages arising out of the incentive and/or use of an award. Participation and acceptance of an award constitutes permission for IHG to use the front desk employee’s names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including inclusion in an award recipients list, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Incentive, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
AVAILABLE AWARDS, AND APPROX. RETAIL VALUES:
Total number of Incentive bonus point awards distributed is dependent on the number of hotels that meet the monthly goals of the Incentive and qualify to receive an award. Award recipients will be determined by Ogilvy & Mather, Inc based on monthly enrollment reports provided by InterContinental Hotels Group. The announcement of May winners will be posted on IHG® Rewards Club Source by June 30; the announcement of June winners will be posted on IHG® Rewards Club Source by July 31; the announcement of July winners will be posted on IHG® Rewards Club Source by August 31; the announcement of August winners will be posted on IHG® Rewards Club Source by September 30. Hotel winners list will be posted on IHG® Rewards Club Source for one month. IHG® Rewards Club Source can be accessed through Merlin: Merlin > Applications > IHG® Rewards Club Source> Enroll for Rewards. Odds of receiving an award will depend on total number of eligible hotels. No transfers, substitutions, or cash equivalent of awards permitted by anyone. Awards consist only of those items specifically listed as the award. This Incentive shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A.
