November 2013 KEY STAGE 4 POST 16 OPTIONS EVENING Tuesday November 19th 2013
Dear Parent/Carer I am delighted to be able to offer you and your son/daughter the opportunity to attend the post 16 options evening. The evening will run from 5.30pm to 7.30pm and you are free to attend at a time suitable to you. There will be representatives from each of the providers listed below and many others. The evening is open to both Year 10 and Year 11 students and will provide information on a wide range of options available to your son/daughter. Information on courses and course requirements will be available from all providers, which will help to inform your son/daughter with their post 16 choices. Some of the Providers: Henley College, Reading College, Berkshire College of Agriculture, , The Downs, St Josephs, Theale Green School, Henley Training Company (apprenticeships), ISIS (Engineering Apprenticeships, BMW, NHS, British Gas South Oxfordshire District Council, Adviza, National Vacancy Matching Service (apprenticeships), The Army and The Fire Service. This is an ideal opportunity for our students to find out more information about their options once they leave Langtree School and I do hope you will be able to attend. Yours sincerely
